Services Provided by Cherokee County Homeless Veteran Program

Veterans are able to live on our property in Cherokee County Georgia while accessing VA benefits, mental health services, job preparation, and other services designed to move them into self-sufficiency.

We provide advice and guidance on how to find emergency financial support. Many options exist, but often veterans are not aware of what is available.

We repair cars donated from the community and provide them to disabled veterans who need them for work and personal transportation.

The VA system is a large and frustrating bureaucracy often causing veterans in dire need to give up on filing disability and other claims. We have deep experience with this system and guide veterans through the process.

Through the generous donations of our volunteers, corporate partners, and individual donations, we are able to provide for short-term food and clothing needs for veterans.

We help veterans understand mental health issues and find appropriate resources. Through a coalition of veterans organizations, we are guiding veterans through the challenging process of accessing mental health services appropriate to their needs.
